Value is a challenging word - but ultimately this is about why you are a valuable member of a team, so not why the role is useful, or why your job helps others, but something personal about you, your experience, your mindset and passions. Think about the interview for this role, perhaps there was a reason they picked you, or how did you pitch yourself? What is the common thing that people come and turn to you for?
